Voyage Care is seeking a Behavioural Support Practitioner to enhance the quality of life for individuals at our Norfolk supported living services. This role focuses on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) delivery, least restrictive practice, and trauma-informed care to promote meaningful outcomes.

You will develop functional behavioural analysis, implement PBS plans, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and coach teams to embed PBS within daily practice, helping people gain more independence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with 1 year of experience.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilités

• Develop functional behavioural analysis and PBS plans.
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and engage with people supported.
• Promote trauma-informed practice and reflective PBS culture within the team.
• Coach and support colleagues to apply least restrictive approaches.
