Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Behavioural Support Practitioner for the Nottingham service. You will lead Positive Behaviour Support initiatives, promote least restrictive practice, and work with the team to improve daily living outcomes for people with complex needs.

You will develop and implement PBS plans, participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and coach staff in behavioural analysis techniques within a trauma-informed culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support) with at least two years of applicable experience.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with one year of professional experience.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Promote least restrictive practice and embed a trauma-informed culture.
• Develop and embed a therapeutic model of support at the residential service.
• Develop functional behavioural analyses and Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and promote reflective practice.
• Collaborate with managers, external professionals and families to improve outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field
