Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Behavioural Support Practitioner to promote least restrictive practice and embed a trauma-informed culture across specialist supported living services in Norfolk. You will lead PBS practice, develop Functional Behavioural Analyses, and create Positive Behaviour Support Plans while collaborating with managers, professionals and families to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role requires qualifications in ABA/ PBS and experience, with field-based travel and a typical schedule

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with at least two years of applicable experience.
• Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, or related field with one year of professional experience.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology or Equivalent Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed a therapeutic model of support within a PBS framework.
• Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with the operational management team.
• Promote reflective practice and guide teams in behavioural analysis to improve outcomes.
