Job summary

Evri is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage the Parcel Shop network across the Sheffield/Derby area. The role is field-based with autonomy to drive sales and operational excellence in your territory.

You will prospect retailers, train staff, and unlock growth opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer experience and delivery quality. A base salary and uncapped commission offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based retail sales or business development experience.
• Track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Evri’s Parcel Shop network within your territory.
• Prospect new retailers and optimise performance of existing locations.
• Train retailers on Evri processes and equipment.
• Drive growth by selling additional Parcel Shop services.
• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
