Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Territory Sales Manager in the UK who will maintain key Trauma accounts and develop new opportunities, engaging with NHS stakeholders and theatre teams to improve patient care.

You will drive product demonstrations and training, manage stock across customer accounts, and travel extensively within your territory to deliver superior service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven successful medical sales experience.
• Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics is ideal.
• Intrinsic motivation, a self-starter with a focus on delivering results.
• Ambitious and driven to achieve results.
• Tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• A full, valid UK drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in key Trauma accounts.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the territory.
• Develop strong relationships with NHS stakeholders including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
• Cover cases in operating theatres within key accounts.
• Audit theatre and hospital stock; manage consignment levels and stock rotation.
• Become competent with iPad applications to monitor stock in customer accounts.
