Job summary

Power Electrics is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide engineering support across our UK depot network and customer sites. You will diagnose faults, commission and upgrade rental equipment including Stage V generators, and support major projects and training.

You will work from depots when not on site, liaising with engineers and customers to resolve issues efficiently while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Power Electrics depots and customers
• Diagnose and resolve generator and electrical faults.
• Carry out commissioning, repairs, upgrades and modifications to rental equipment, including Stage V generators.
• Attend customer sites to provide technical support, commissioning and site surveys.
• Support technical training and mentoring to engineers and customers.
• Support major projects, product introductions and technical investigations.
• Work from Power Electrics depots when not attending customer sites.
• Comply with Company Health & Safety
