Job summary

LLOYD'S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Software Trainer Officer to build end-user capacity for LMIS software across program sites. You will design and deliver practical training programs, coaching staff to use the system confidently in daily work, under the Training Lead.

Work with implementation, technical and operations teams to align content with configuration and workflows, monitor adoption, and continuously improve training materials for low-resource, field environments.

Qualifications

• Strong adult learning and facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of health information systems and their use in field settings.
• Commitment to building lasting user capacity in low-resource environments.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site-specific training plans aligned with implementation timelines and go-live schedules.
• Assess end user digital literacy and system knowledge, adapting content accordingly.
• Prepare and update training materials including guides, job aids, quick references and datasets.
• Coordinate training logistics with site and implementation teams.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and post-go-live support to reinforce training.
