You will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, grow our national audience, and deliver engaging content across platforms.

You will monitor trends, report on metrics, collaborate with the marketing team, and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Ability to report on social metrics.
• Collaborative mindset to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Brandwatch.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Strong written communication and knowledge of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, well-written content daily.
• Maintain and create a social calendar and identify key focus areas.
• Plan and deliver social media strategies across our social media accounts.
• Regularly monitor and report social media stats to prove effective performance.
• Review and report on key metrics like engagement and impressions.
• Stay up to date on new social media tools, industry trends and developments.
• Identify new areas of opportunity for our brands.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to understand campaign activity and company goals.
• Monitor competitor activity.
• Be proactive in generating new ideas for our social media strategy.
