Job summary
PYVITAL is seeking a Business Development Manager for roofing systems, field-based across the UK South West. You will develop new business with roofing contractors, distributors and specifiers, while driving market share in residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications
- Experience in construction materials sales, preferably roofing/building envelope.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to sell to contractors, distributors and specifiers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new opportunities with roofing contractors, main contractors, architects, and distribution partners.
- Promote and sell roofing systems and related product solutions.
- Develop a structured territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Track and manage project pipelines from early specification to order placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, installers and distribution partners.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers across the territory.
