Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large network of veterinary practices across the Midlands and North of England. The role is hybrid with extensive regional travel, partnering with Practice Leaders and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into practical people solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience within a multi-site or operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Coaching-led approach to developing leaders and driving accountability.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent practical HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice Leaders, Area Directors and senior stakeholders across a geographically diverse region.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice that supports business performance and people outcomes.
• Coach and develop leaders to build confidence, capability and accountability in people management.
• Support leaders with complex employee relations matters and organisational challenges.
• Drive key people initiatives including workforce planning and engagement.
• Challenge existing thinking and encourage progressive leadership practices.
• Build genuine buy-in and engagement through strong relationships and influence.
• Collaborate closely with the wider HR team, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement.
