Job summary

IVC Evidensia, the UK’s leading veterinary care provider, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large network across the Midlands and North of England. The role is field-based with hybrid working and requires travel to practices.

You will partner with Practice Leaders and Area Directors to translate strategy into practical HR solutions, coaching leaders to build capability, accountability and a proactive people agenda.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience in complex, multi-site or field-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Coaching-led approach to developing leaders and driving accountability.
• Commercial awareness and ability to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice to leaders across the region.
• Coach and develop leaders to build capability and accountability in people management.
• Support senior stakeholders with employee relations matters and organisational change.
• Drive workforce planning, engagement and leadership development initiatives.
