Job summary

HC-One Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead care homes through change, delivering improved quality and stability. The role is field-based, 37.5 hours per week, with regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales.

You’ll provide hands-on operational leadership, stabilise services, coach Home Managers, and drive regulatory compliance, occupancy and financial performance while strengthening leadership teams for lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN or NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care.
• Registered Manager Award or Level 5 qualification, or willingness to achieve.
• Significant experience as Home Manager or senior operational leader within adult social care.
• Experience leading services through improvement, turnaround or operational transition.
• Strong knowledge of CQC, Care Inspectorate and/or CIW regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational leadership to care homes during leadership vacancies, improvement programmes or regulatory interventions.
• Stabilise services, improve quality, and strengthen leadership teams across multiple homes.
• Coach and mentor Home Managers and leadership teams to embed systems and processes for long-term success.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safeguarding, occupancy growth and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and central teams to drive regional improvement projects.
