• Experience leading a care home or senior care setting.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of care across the home, ensuring residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met with compassion.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision, feedback and opportunities for growth.
• Champion safeguarding, and ensure systems are safe, reliable and person-centred.
• Promote independence, choice and dignity for residents and families.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration with staff and external partners.
