Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to lead a field-based portfolio around London. You will manage day-to-day property management with full support from services to achieve goals and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires driving to sites and building strong relationships with residents and clients. You will join a newly formed team at a pivotal stage, with opportunities for growth and development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in block management or housing estates.
• Strong communication with residents and clients.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and landlord/tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Manage own diary and sites within portfolio, with regular site visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Oversee expenditure, review service charges and budgets.
• Coordinate with credit control to manage debts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire/asbestos/water hygiene controls.
