Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a field-based portfolio in and around Guildford. You will manage your own diary, travel to sites regularly, and lead stakeholder meetings to drive service excellence.

Join a newly formed team and bring extensive block management and housing estates experience, with strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Landlord & Tenant regulations. A TPI accreditation is preferred and a car allowance is included.

Qualifications

• Must drive and have own transport for regular site travel.
• Join a newly formed team at a pivotal growth stage.
• Experience in block management and housing estates with strong service focus.
• Confident communicator able to present updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regs and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• TPI accreditation, either ATPI or MTPI.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule remotely, including regular site visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Oversee and authorise expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debt across portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations across sites.
