FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a field-based portfolio around Plymouth. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive service excellence and ensure residents receive outstanding support.

Competenze

• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to sites within the portfolio.
• Experience in block management or housing estates with a focus on resident service.
• Strong communication skills to present updates and financial information clearly.
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and landlord-tenant law.
• TPI accreditation ATPI or MTPI is required or in-progress.

Mansioni

• Manage portfolio scheduling with regular site visits and remote diary control.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders and resolve disputes.
• Oversee expenditure, review service charges and budgets.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debts.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
