Niyaa People in Bristol is seeking a Property Manager to join a team that coordinates placements from over 100 Local Authority Partners across self-contained and HMO properties. You will be based in the office and on-site five days a week, liaising with the office team to ensure smooth reservations and excellent service for vulnerable clients.

The role is a 12-month FTC with a salary of £26,000–£28,000, enhanced annual leave, wellbeing vouchers, an employee referral scheme and a public sector

Responsabilités

• Conducting check out reports and collecting the keys once a tenant vacates a property.
• Conducting periodic property inspections, reporting issues back to head office.
• Ability to deal with complex and vulnerable clientele.
• Lone working role with a flexible approach and driving is a must.
• Allowing access for contractors and councils.
• Recording meter readings and facilitating meter top ups.
• Follow daily instruction from the office to meet deadlines.
• Completing Fire Risk Assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure service quality and repeat bookings.
