Job summary

Manesis Search & Selection is seeking a Safety Sales Executive to drive field-based, consultative sales across national accounts in the UK. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with Health & Safety leaders and procurement teams, delivering technical demonstrations and hazard assessments to win major opportunities.

You will partner with field teams, influence specification decisions and train customers on product applications, staying up-to-date with safety legislation and PPE

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety, PPE, industrial supplies or MRO sales.
• Knowledge of industrial safety legislation and PPE standards.
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust portfolio of national end users, building relationships with Health & Safety Managers and procurement heads.
• Collaborate with regional field sales to identify, develop and convert safety specifications in national accounts.
• Conduct site hazard assessments, product demonstrations and technical consultations to prove product efficacy.
• Promote premium protective solutions, demonstrating value over competitors to secure user specification.
• Deliver product applications training to end users, distribution partners and internal teams.
• Convert competitive opportunities using a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Provide compliance guidance on regulatory standards and PPE selections for complex applications.
• Maintain expertise on local safety legislation and PPE testing standards.
