Job summary

Asda seeks a Strategic People Partner on a 12-month FTC to lead workforce planning and transformation for Logistics and Supply Chain. The role partners with senior leaders, shaping a high-performance culture and organisational design across head office and sites.

You will drive the Supply Chain People Plan, collaborate with Centres of Excellence, and use data to steer strategic people initiatives while navigating complex ER matters and enabling change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a strategic HR or People Partnering role across head office and operations.
• Experience turning people plans from design to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Experience in organisational design and talent planning with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, design and change management.
• Lead the Supply Chain People Plan design and delivery, aligning with business strategy.
• Champion inclusion, engagement and continuous improvement across Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with CoEs and People Services to deliver seamless people solutions.
• Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Support leadership capability and succession planning.
• Navigate ER cases and support leaders through transformation.
