Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Strategic People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on guiding leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design across Logistics and Supply Chain with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Centres of Excellence and People Services to deliver seamless people solutions and support change management, ensuring inclusion and engagement across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic HR or People Partnering role across Head Office and operations.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead design and delivery of Supply Chain People Plans aligned to business strategy.
• Champion inclusion, engagement and continuous improvement across Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and People Services to deliver seamless people solutions.
• Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Support leadership capability and succession planning.
• Navigate ER cases and support leaders through change.
