Job summary

Wingstop UK is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support our London and South market, spanning around 50 restaurants. This field-based role champions data-driven people strategies, ER excellence and a pragmatic, people-first approach to growth.

You’ll partner with market and site leaders, coach managers, drive DEI and wellbeing initiatives, and translate trends into actions that protect performance and cost controls in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a People Partner or HRBP in hospitality/retail or multi-site environments.
• Strong ER knowledge with experience handling sensitive cases.
• Analytical and able to tell the story behind the numbers and trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with markets, district and site leaders to drive performance with people strategies.
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice.
• Turn people data into practical insights for better decision making.
• Act as Employee Relations expert, manage complex ER cases and coach managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed the company's values and culture.
• Support DEI and wellbeing initiatives to create an inclusive environment.
• Drive engagement through strong leadership behaviours and consistent practices.
• Support organisational change and growth with a people-first approach.
