Working in partnership with the General Manager, you will sit within the site-based leadership team and play a key role in translating people priorities into practical, site-based actions.
You will bring clarity and insight to people-related challenges, using data, commercial understanding and strong relationships to diagnose issues and drive measurable improvements in performance, capability and employee engagement.
This is a key role in strengthening the link between HR and the wider business, supporting people-led activity that underpins business excellence, organisational change and transformation.
Reporting to a regional Senior People Partner, you will act as a visible and credible partner to the operation, combining commercial awareness with strong people expertise to support effective decision-making.
You will also lead and manage a People Advisor, helping to embed a culture of high performance, development, engagement and continuous improvement across the site.
