Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key region across the South West for a renowned restaurant group. You will oversee around eight sites, working closely with General Managers and reporting directly to the Operations Director, with a strong emphasis on people development and guest experience.

The role is very much people-led, focusing on coaching teams, building relationships quickly, and driving consistent performance across sites while monitoring

Qualifications

• Experience running multiple casual dining sites.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee around eight sites, reporting to the Operations Director.
• Drive sales, labour, profitability and overall performance.
• Develop GMs and build strong teams with accountability across the region.
