Job summary

ABEL Occupational Health Resolutions is seeking a proactive Registered Nurse to join as an Occupational Health Advisor to service various client sites. The role supports a hybrid work model for administration and reporting from the main office base, with travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities include clinical screenings, health surveillance and case management, plus pre-employment assessments and report writing.

Qualifications

• RN with valid, active registration and OH qualification or verifiable OH competencies.
• Experience or demonstrated competency in phlebotomy, vaccinations and drug & alcohol screening.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites and work variable shifts including evenings or nights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical screenings, vaccinations, phlebotomy and drug/alcohol testing.
• Deliver health surveillance programmes in line with legislation.
• Oversee diverse caseload and advise on sickness absence and return-to-work plans.
• Perform pre-employment assessments and determine fitness for work.
• Compile clear reports for HR and management; utilize hybrid work-from-home as needed.
