Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Warrington is seeking an Occupational Health Adviser on a full-time basis. You will travel to client sites, supporting the clinic team with case management, health surveillance, vaccinations and wellbeing initiatives.

You will hold NMC registration, bring at least two years in Occupational Health, and be comfortable driving across the region. The role offers £35,000–£48,000 depending on experience and travel is a key part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse on the NMC register.
• Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience.
• Clinical skills: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, vaccines administration.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (or valid EU licence for the UK), ideally with category C1.
• Willingness to travel to different client sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travelling between client sites in the company surveillance van (paid travel time – included in your working hours).
• Provide safe, evidence-based, cost-effective, individualised client care and make appropriate referrals.
• Deliver health surveillance, vaccinations and health screening programmes.
• Assist in policy implementation, KPI attainment and data protection compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the clinic and external stakeholders.
