Job summary

Talentmark is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to cover the South West England region on a 12-month contract. The role involves CGM training for healthcare professionals and patients, both one-to-one and in groups, with on-site and remote support for NHS customers.

Travel and occasional out-of-hours work are expected. You must be a UK-registered nurse with diabetes expertise and be comfortable using CRM to track training and feedback.

Qualifications

• You are a UK registered nurse (RN) with current or past practice in diabetes care.
• You have trained healthcare professionals and patients in groups and one-to-one.
• You understand NHS primary and secondary care workflows and diabetes management.

Responsibilities

• Train healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes on CGM systems, individually and in groups.
• Teach patients and carers how to use CGM systems and apps, enabling self-care confidence.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to NHS and patients and resolve CGM issues.
• Build and sustain relationships with nurses, GPs, endocrinologists and other healthcare staff.
• Support the sales team with clinical knowledge during customer conversations.
• Maintain training records in the CRM and gather feedback to improve training.
