Job summary

You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, support the sales team with clinical knowledge, and maintain training records in the CRM system. Travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• UK RN registration or current valid nursing license.
• Experience training healthcare professionals and patients.
• Strong understanding of diabetes care, medications, monitoring and NHS operations in primary/secondary care.

Responsibilities

• Train healthcare professionals and patients on CGM systems, both one-to-one and in groups.
• Teach patients and carers how to use CGM systems and apps.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and guidance to NHS patients and providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, GPs, endocrinologists and other health professionals.
• Support the sales team with clinical knowledge during customer conversations.
• Keep training records in the CRM system and collect feedback to improve training.
