Job summary

You must be a UK-registered nurse with diabetes care experience, comfortable teaching diverse groups, and willing to travel including overnight stays and some out-of-hours support. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Current or previous UK Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience as Diabetes Specialist Nurse or similar role is useful.
• Experience training healthcare professionals and patients, in groups or one-to-one.
• Strong understanding of diabetes care, including meds, monitoring and lifestyle support.
• Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays, and provide some out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Train healthcare professionals and people with diabetes on a CGM system, one-to-one and in groups.
• Teach patients and carers how to use the CGM system and its apps.
• Provide technical support and advice to NHS and patients on site and remotely.
• Build relationships with nurses, GPs, endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Support the sales team with clinical knowledge when speaking with customers.
• Keep training records in the CRM and collect feedback to improve training.
