Job summary
Rodericks Dental Partners Group is seeking a Field Based Property Maintenance Engineer to cover the Midlands region, including Birmingham, with travel across the estate of dental practices. You will perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks across our sites, requiring a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance: inspect plant and machinery and minimize downtime.
- Reactive maintenance: respond to breakdowns and faults promptly.
- Fault finding: diagnose root causes and implement fixes.
- Installation and commissioning: install and test new equipment.
- Compliance: follow health, safety and environmental regulations and maintain records.
- Continuous improvement: identify efficiency gains and propose improvements.
