Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners Group is seeking a Field Based Property Maintenance Engineer to cover the North West region, including Manchester, Liverpool and Lancashire. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general systems across our dental practice estate, with regular travel and some overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections on plant and machinery.
• respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures and diagnose root causes.
• install new equipment and test systems for optimal performance.
• adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations and keep maintenance records.
• identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
