Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Technician for field-based work across a portfolio of commercial sites. The role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple trades, from roof to groundworks, with a focus on high-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will perform planned and reactive maintenance, manage material requirements, and work independently on site. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and opportunities in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric maintenance across trades.
• Capable of multi-trade repairs to high standard.
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements.
• Ability to estimate materials and costs on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and repairs across customer sites.
• Perform multi-trade tasks including groundworks, repairs to walls, roofing, carpentry and decoration.
• Carry out installations and replacements of doors, windows and fixtures as required.
• Take accurate measurements, record works and materials used on site for quotations.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard with a focus on first-time fix where possible.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
