Qualifications

• Solid understanding in Property/Building maintenance.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Legionella experience.
• Sound understanding in health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of internal/external post on site.
• Provide and record inductions for contractors/visitors.
• Liaise with the wider team and contractors to ensure reactive jobs are completed.
• First point of contact for issue resolution and escalation as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and raise issues with the Regional Manager.
