Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking a Mobile Hydraulic Technician based in Halesowen, covering England and Wales, to deliver hydraulic support to customers, perform maintenance, diagnose faults, and keep operations running smoothly.

You'll travel, build strong relationships, and bring technical expertise, with opportunities for training at Hayley Academy and a company pension.

The role is field-based with a competitive salary and benefits, and a 40-hour week; full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hydraulic Hose Engineer or Mobile Hydraulic Technician.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Excellent hydraulic hose assembly, fitting and repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across England and Wales.

Responsibilities

• Travel across England and Wales delivering hydraulic support directly to customers.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns to keep customer operations running smoothly.
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and technical expertise.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and contribute to continuous improvement.
