Hayley Dexis is seeking a Mobile Hydraulic Technician based in Halesowen, covering England and Wales, to deliver hydraulic support to customers, perform maintenance, diagnose faults, and keep operations running smoothly.

You'll travel, build strong relationships, and bring technical expertise, with opportunities for training at Hayley Academy and a company pension.

The role is field-based with a competitive salary and benefits, and a 40-hour week; full UK driving licence required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Hydraulic Hose Engineer or Mobile Hydraulic Technician.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Excellent hydraulic hose assembly, fitting and repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across England and Wales.

About The Role

As our Mobile Hydraulic Technician, you'll travel across England and Wales, delivering expert hydraulic support directly to our customers. Whether carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, or responding to urgent breakdowns, you'll play a crucial role in keeping customer operations running smoothly. As the face of our business on-site, you'll build strong customer relationships through outstanding service, professional advice and technical expertise.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll troubleshoot complex hydraulic challenges, provide effective solutions, identify opportunities to enhance our service offering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. What we’re looking for in our Mobile Hydraulic Technician:

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Hose Engineer, Mobile Hydraulic Technician or similar role
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
• Excellent hydraulic hose assembly, fitting and repair experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
