Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking a Mobile Hydraulic Technician with strong hydraulics expertise to join our field-based team. You’ll travel across England and Wales delivering expert hydraulic support, carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and responding to urgent breakdowns.

You’ll build lasting customer relationships through professional advice and technical know-how, with a focus on continuous improvement and flexible travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Hose Engineer, Mobile Hydraulic Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Excellent hydraulic hose assembly, fitting and repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel across England and Wales delivering hydraulic support to customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns.
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and technical advice.
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic challenges and contribute to service improvements.

About the role:

As our Mobile Hydraulic Technician, you’ll travel across England and Wales, delivering expert hydraulic support directly to our customers. Whether carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, or responding to urgent breakdowns, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping customer operations running smoothly. As the face of our business on-site, you’ll build strong customer relationships through outstanding service, professional advice and technical expertise.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll troubleshoot complex hydraulic challenges, provide effective solutions, identify opportunities to enhance our service offering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. Combining technical excellence with a customer-focused approach, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term partnership and support the continued growth and success of Hayley Dexis.

What we’re looking for in our Mobile Hydraulic Technician:
