Job summary

Artic Building Services is recruiting a Mobile Boiler Engineer to service and maintain commercial boiler systems across London and the South East. You will perform PPM, diagnose faults, and conduct repairs to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability for our client sites.

Essentially, you will hold valid Commercial Gas Safe accreditations, 5+ years in mobile boiler work, and a strong HS&E mindset. Field-based role with on-site work and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Full current Commercial Gas Safe accreditations required.
• Five years’ mobile boiler experience on commercial/industrial plants.
• Clean UK driving licence preferred and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on boiler plant and heating systems.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
• Fault-find on electrical, mechanical, and gas/oil components.
• Install, commission and decommission boilers as needed.
• Conduct combustion analysis and ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Perform gas safety inspections and maintain records.
• Produce clear technical reports with recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and manage stock for vehicles and tools.
• Occasional out-of-hours on-call duties as required.
