Job summary

Artic Building Services is seeking a skilled Mobile Boiler Engineer to maintain and repair commercial/industrial boiler systems across client sites in London and the South East. You will undertake PPM, reactive breakdowns, diagnostics, and installations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires Gas Safe accreditations, five years’ experience, and strong fault-finding skills across boiler brands. Expect field-based work, client liaison, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Full UK Gas Safe accreditations are essential.
• Minimum 5 years as Mobile Boiler Engineer in commercial/industrial settings.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heating & Ventilation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on boiler plant and heating systems.
• Respond to reactive breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
• Carry out boiler installations, commissioning and decommissioning as required.
• Conduct combustion analysis to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Perform gas safety inspections and maintain records and certifications.
• Prepare clear technical reports on work performed and parts used.
