Job summary

Boston Scientific Manchester is seeking an Account Manager to lead end-to-end sales for strategic UK accounts in the medical devices sector. You will develop account plans, identify opportunities, and drive regional sales strategies across clinical and economic stakeholders.

In this remote field-based role, you’ll travel extensively across North West England to build long-lasting relationships, expand market share, and deliver customer-focused solutions while supporting tender processes and CPQ

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Life Sciences or healthcare (beneficial).
• Proven medical device sales experience.
• Experience in endoscopy is advantageous.
• Able to communicate complex technical/clinical details.
• Adaptable to a dynamic marketplace.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic sales plans for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities, manage Tier 1–3 accounts, and drive growth.
• Design and execute regional sales strategies and tender responses.
• Maintain stakeholder maps and update CRM with account activity.
• Build relationships with economic, clinical, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Tender Office on proposals and negotiations.
