Altro Ltd, a leading British flooring and wall cladding manufacturer, is seeking a commercially minded Main Contractor Sales Consultant to join our UK Sales team. You will cover London & the Home Counties, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the South Coast and Kent, building strong relationships with main contractors and influencing project specifications.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded with strong relationship skills.
• Experience selling to main contractor accounts is a plus.
• Proactive account management and opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships within key main contractor accounts.
• Identify and convert project opportunities through proactive account management.
• Engage with decision-makers across commercial, procurement, project and site teams.
• Present Altro's products, services and technical expertise to meet customer needs.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasts and account plans through CRM.
• Collaborate with specification, technical, customer service, marketing and operations teams.
• Share market intelligence to shape opportunities across the territory.
