Job summary

Aspire Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Contract Manager for a client in Milton Keynes, a leading diagnostic solutions and medical equipment provider. You will own contract negotiation, delivery governance and ongoing management across the diagnostic portfolio.

You will oversee tenders, manage KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while mitigating commercial risk. This role involves collaboration with legal teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, with strong focus on performance and continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a contract management role negotiating and executing commercial contracts with NHS customers.
• Experience negotiating and delivering commercial contracts with partner suppliers and managing multi-supplier MSPs.
• Demonstrable ability to identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risk.
• Ability to work with sales/business development to meet performance objectives.
• Understanding NHS procurement processes, frameworks and public procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender responses and contract negotiations with NHS/private sector customers and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance post-implementation against SLAs and KPIs.
• Support business development with pre-sales activities and tender responses.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs and regulatory documentation; lead on CMS/CLMS implementation.
• Update CRM, CMS, and SAP data as required.
