Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer to cover Milton Keynes and the Northamptonshire area. This full‑time, permanent role is field-based, requiring regular travel and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

You will be the face of Guinness in neighbourhoods, delivering housing and tenancy services, building relationships with residents, and coordinating with Estate Services to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Comfort using mobile technology while working in the field.

• Experience with housing or property sector preferred.

Responsibilities
