Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Field-Based Trainee Phlebotomist in the Dunfermline area. You will travel across the region delivering health assessments in well-presented venues, greeting customers and guiding them through each appointment.

The role is 30 hours per week with shifts between 6am and 10pm on a rota, including travel with paid accommodation where needed. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required, along with a DBS check processed on your behalf.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car; you’ll transport kit to venues.
• Ability to work on rota across Mon-Sun, 6am–10pm, and travel to venues.
• Excellent customer service, empathy and strong organisational skills.
• DBS check will be processed on your behalf.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinics across your region and set up equipment.
• Conduct health assessments (e.g., health checks, basic tests) for customers.
• Greet customers, guide them through assessments and document results.
• Manage appointments with 10–45 minute slots and 15–22 customers per day.
• Support potential upsell of additional products or services where appropriate.
