Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Field-based Trainee Phlebotomist to perform health assessments across our region. The role involves 30 hours per week on three 10-hour shifts, with travel to multiple venues and potential paid accommodation for longer journeys.

You will support customers with empathy and professionalism, helping them gain clarity about their health. Initial training in Milton Keynes is required, with paid accommodation and meals if you live far away.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel across the region and stay away for training when required.
• Clear enhanced DBS check (will be processed on your behalf).
• Proven ability to use computers and mobile devices for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the region to conduct health assessments at various venues.
• Deliver health assessments (e.g., ECG, phlebotomy after qualification, lung function) and record results.
• Greet customers, explain procedures, and ensure a supportive, professional experience.
• Plan routes, manage equipment, and maintain accurate administration.
• Support customers with information on further testing where appropriate.
