Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Trainee Phlebotomist to travel across Inverness region, delivering health assessments in multiple venues. The role blends hands-on clinical work with customer interaction, focusing on empathy, accuracy and service quality.

The position is part-time (20 or 30 hours per week) with a salary range of £14,461.05–£21,691.58 per year, plus commission, overtime, expenses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Travel across your region to venues delivering health assessments.
• Set up equipment, greet customers and conduct health checks (e.g., health assessments).
• Provide guidance on further testing and keep administration up to date.
• Deliver high-quality care and ensure customers feel supported and informed.
