Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Phlebotomist for on-site work in Farnborough. The role offers 30 hours weekly across three 10-hour shifts, with travel to venues to perform health assessments and assist customers with empathy and professional support.

Full UK license and DBS clearance are required, with paid accommodation for longer travel. No formal phlebotomy background is required; full training is provided to develop clinical skills and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• A Full UK License and access to your own car to transport your kit to venues.
• Ability to work any days 6am–10pm on a rota basis across Mon–Sun.
• Clear DBS check; we will process this on your behalf.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home location.

Responsibilities

• Work 3 × 10-hour shifts per week (30 hours) across 6am–10pm.
• Travel to multiple venues within the region; accommodation/meals for long drives.
• Carry out health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Body Composition) and document administration.
• Greet customers and provide reassurance, care and information.
