Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Trainee Phlebotomist to join its field-based team. The role involves traveling across your region to deliver health assessments in well-presented venues, guiding customers through each step with empathy and professionalism.

You will handle basic phlebotomy duties where qualified, support administration, and provide clear guidance on next steps. The position offers a 30-hour week, a salary of £21,691.58 per year plus Commission, overtime, expenses and benefits, and

Competenze

• Full UK Licence and access to own car to transport kit to venues.
• Availability to work 3×10 hour shifts per week (30 hours) across Mon-Sun between 6am–10pm.
• Comfort with using computers/tablet/phone for work tasks.
• Clear DBS – processed on your behalf.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home and occasional overnight stays.
• Be within distance of regional location and attend Milton Keynes training (paid accommodation if over 1h30 from MK).
• Strong customer service, communication skills and proactive approach.

Mansioni

• Carry out health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy, Lung Function, Body Composition) across venues.
• Greet customers, guide them through assessment processes and provide reassurance.
• Plan routes, set up equipment and manage 15–22 customers per day with 10–45 minute slots.
• Assist with offering further products or services where appropriate and maintain accurate admin.
