Job summary

Agincare is seeking an Estates Project Manager to lead refurbishment, redevelopment, extension and construction projects across our diverse property portfolio. The role is field-based with weekly days at the Head Office and regular travel across the South West, South East, Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

You will manage projects from inception through completion, coordinating contractors, consultants and internal teams, ensuring safety, timetable adherence and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Strong contractor management and procurement knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across portfolios.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
• Experience working in occupied environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, briefs and tender documents.
• Coordinate contractors, designers and consultants.
• Manage projects from inception through handover.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and building regulations.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders.
