Hillcrest Homes is seeking a Peripatetic Property Officer to manage and inspect residential and commercial properties across the stock. You will handle tenant enquiries, support trades teams, and respond to emergencies as part of a rotating out-of-hours schedule.

The role requires SCQF Level 7 or equivalent, knowledge of social housing, and strong communication skills. You will travel across our housing stock and contribute to safe, compliant property maintenance.

Formación

• Qualified to SCQF Level 7 or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with social and mid-market housing sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide estate management and inspection services for Hillcrest tenants.
• Handle customer queries and complaints; prepare reports per policies.
• Participate in on-call rota to support trades teams and emergencies.
