Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Team experience; problem-solving; workload management
• People development; communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working to Quality Standards and KPI’s
• Ability to work in a busy field-based role with travel across Lancashire
• Good decision-making and organisational abilities

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload through the 5 stages of Supported Employment including assessment, action planning and job matching.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure placements and provide in-work support.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to SEQF quality framework and contractual guidance.
• Promote inclusion, equal opportunities and a person-centred approach.
• Travel across contract area to visit participants and employers as required.
