Peaple Talent Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a field-based role across the South East region. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault find and repair electrical equipment on multiple sites, working closely with Field Service Engineers.

Travel between sites is required with occasional overnight stays. A recognised electrical qualification is preferred, 18th Edition advantageous, and a company van with personal use plus travel expenses and development

Qualifikationen

• Qualified electrical engineer with industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment in manufacturing/utilities.
• Understanding of electrical control systems, motors and related equipment.
• Willingness to travel between sites; 18th Edition advantageous.
• Strong communication and independent working skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on power generation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults and respond to equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot motors, control gear and industrial machinery.
• Support gas extraction and power generation equipment maintenance.
• Work with Field Service Engineers to complete inspections and repairs.
• Identify recurring failures and help improve plant reliability.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records.
• Travel between regional sites and occasional overnight stays.
• Uphold health, safety and electrical engineering best practices.
